A prominent nonprofit organization dedicated to energy efficiency and renewable energy is looking for an energetic and skilled Senior Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, you won’t just be ticking off tasks – you’ll actively contribute to this organization’s success through savvy project management and building strong connections with stakeholders. Most of the role will involve managing the Request For Proposal and Existing Buildings program. This will involve crafting and rolling out incentives, technical support, and program designs that help to make energy-efficiency upgrades more affordable for the independent contractors who work with the organization.
You’ll play a crucial part in the team, developing project plans, delegating tasks, managing budgets, tracking project progress, and communicating status reports to all people involved. They’re looking for someone who has strong change management skills, excellent facilitation skills, and a knack for clear and concise communication.
This is a hybrid part-time position (20 hours a week) and is a 6-month contract.
