*What You'll Be Doing *

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets. You will sell our technical solutions to a business audience including VPs of Marketing, VPs of Sales, and CEOs at semiconductor and component companies. Additionally you will recruit and lead our go-to-market team, where you will be responsible for shaping our sales strategy and achieving our revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage and manage new sales opportunities

Build and lead a high performing sales team

Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales

Recruit and manage the go-to-market team

Conduct regular reviews of pipeline metrics, actively managing performance to quota, and effectively facilitating accountability meetings as necessary to ensure business plan goals are met.

Rally resources across Operations, Engineering, and Product

8+ years of demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing sales teams

Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive sales strategies and decision-making

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders

Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish

Experience selling advertising or technical enterprise software, preferably to a business audience

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills

Comfortable with using Hubspot as a CRM and setting up and using sales dashboards

Demonstrable experience in developing strategic sales plans and reliably meeting or exceeding sales targets

Able to operate in a startup environment, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, a passion for building, and the ability to lead through ambiguity

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

History of success building sales teams at fast-growing companies
