Responsibilities/Requirements
Program Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive program plans to achieve compliance with program rules and contractual obligations.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programs within scope and schedule.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal and external counsel to define project requirements.
Communicate and clarify requirements with business teams responsible for implementation and oversight of deliverables.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for program goals.
Host calls with internal business teams to obtain progress updates.
Government Contract Lifecycle Management:
Interpret complex contract requirements and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle by mapping out key obligations, ensuring awareness, and tracking completion.
Ensure reports to government agencies are completed accurately and on time, meeting all contractual obligations.
Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within the guidelines of contractual commitments.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues related to program delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
Escalate issues to leadership for awareness.
Track resolution of compliance gaps.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that program deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
Audit deliverables to ensure completion and accuracy to contractual requirements and program rules.
Tools, Reporting, and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and other relevant artifacts.
Create internal milestone tracking of project phases and duration of compliance deliverables.
Determine optimal user experience for compliance tools and map out system requirements.
