Job Description:

As a Client Experience Specialist at Surge Staffing Headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the client experience for our esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring utmost satisfaction with our staffing services. Additionally, you will be tasked with sourcing and prospecting for new clients to expand our clientele base.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with existing client accounts to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.

Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to assess their staffing needs and gather feedback on our services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of staffing solutions that meet client expectations.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions to existing clients to drive revenue growth.

Utilize various channels for client outreach, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to nurture relationships and foster trust.

Conduct market research and prospecting activities to identify and engage potential new clients in target industries or markets.

Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance our competitive advantage.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer service, account management, or sales.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset and a drive to exceed targets and objectives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking client interactions and managing accounts.
