The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.Essential Functions:Strong organizational, time-management, trouble shooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust be able to work with little supervisionValid driver's license with clean driving recordMust pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigationFlexibility to work extended hours, on-call schedule and travel overnight as neededFollows safe and secure practices to safeguard against injury, damage to property and confidential informationMajor Duties & Responsibilities:Install & repair all aspects of CCTV (analog and IP), Access Control, Burglar Alarm, and associated peripheral equipmentDocument all aspects of installation & service callsPerform preventive maintenance on indoor & outdoor equipment as neededAbility to pull wire Ability to operate lifts/work at various heightsAbide by all customer and company safety standardsOther duties as assignedPhysical Demands & Safety:Ability to lift an 80 lb. extension ladderAbility to climb stairs, ladders, and/or scaffoldsAbility to work from heights such as man lifts, scissor lifts, utilizing fall protectionAbility to work in all weather conditionsEducation:Must have a high school diploma or equivalentManufacturer Certifications: Honeywell, Kantech, American Dynamics, Prowatch, Victor, VMS or other types of security platformsSkills & Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience in similar positionWorking knowledge of MS Office and computersAbility to effectively use hand and power toolsExperience with CCTV / Access control products and servicesThe company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
