3+ years of relevant experience in a design leadership role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to articulate your designs to the team - both locally and overseas

Work with with Product Managers, developers, and executives to follow the user experience of a product from beginning until launch (and then some)

Build, manage, mentor and inspire a high performance Design team
