Baptist Health is hiring a Director Assistant to support the Nursing Administrative team at Baptist South. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located at Baptist South.
Responsibilities include:
Performs administrative and general office duties of a responsible & confidential nature.
Provides office support to Directors.
Schedules meetings and prepares agendas and minutes.
Unit schedule entry in resq.
Facilitates current licensures and certifications for staff.
Prepares correspondence & documents, reports as needed.
Participates in new hire orientation as needed.
