Financial Analyst

Responsibilities
Kforce's client, a high-end consumer products company, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team. This is an amazing growth opportunity for someone to learn directly from senior leaders and the CFO. In this role you will play a crucial role building and managing the entire budget process, partnering with senior leaders across the company's 12 divisions. The company has an excellent collaborative team culture with long tenure and true work life balance. Responsibilities:
Financial Analyst will prepare and manage rolling annual financial forecasts
Partner with senior management in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
Monitor budget performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
Perform variance analysis to compare actual financial results to budgets and forecasts
Assist with the development of FP&A processes, procedures, and a system for sharing financial data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to gather data and insights
Clearly communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
As a Financial Analyst, you will create ad-hoc reports and analyses as required
Evaluate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of related experience preferred
Experience with financial analysis for multiple product lines
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and strong excel skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving abilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
