Pharmacy Technician
Our client is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist in filling, dispensing, and driving/delivering prescriptions to patients. This is an onsite position in Canby, OR.
Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
Create pharmacy chart for patients establishing at company.
Enter and update information in patient’s pharmacy record for pharmacist review.
Assist pharmacist on duty to fill prescription orders.
Deliver prescriptions to patient’s home after release and counseling by pharmacist on duty.
Enter and bill pharmacy insurance plans for dispensed prescriptions.
Pharmacy Technician Qualifications
This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
1-2+ years’ experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in Spanish highly preferred.
Compensation: $21-$29/hr. (DOE)
