Job Description

As an Operations Analyst, you will support and lead specific business and client initiative with a heavy focus on operational analytics to drive communications and decision-making. This role must be adaptable to evolving business needs and client opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, dynamic technology and operational environment. The role demands the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple priorities, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivery.

What you’ll do:

Develop and report on operational statuses and performance opportunities

Develop presentation materials for client and provider facing teams to utilize

Identify and present actionable insights for cross-departmental team to utilize

Track and analyze key performance indicators across multiple clients

Coordinate with various stakeholders for operational insights needs

Drive routine deliverables as well as numerous ad hoc requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-3 years industry experience

1-2 years in healthcare, ideally in the Post Acute care space

Understanding of and experience with referral management, utilization review, prior authorization, and case management functions

Detailed orientation and strong verbal communication still is a must

Must be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description

Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications

Other Competencies/Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

This position will be based out of our Irving, TX headquarters; however, working remotely from outside the area is perfectly acceptable. For remote candidates, up to 10-20% of travel may be required.
