You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operational processes, from managing inventory to coordinating with on-the-ground teams.What You'll DoInventory Management: Ensure our stores are always well-stocked by placing and tracking orders to maintain the right inventory levels.Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with our on-the-ground teams via phone and text to coordinate daily activities and facilitate seamless operations.Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise within our operational processes.Accountability: Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance to ensure a high standard of work.Administrative Support: Accurately track team hours and activities.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the overall mission of enhancing operational smoothness and improving company processes.What We're Looking ForA Positive Attitude: Someone who brings a smile and a can-do attitude to work every day.Exceptional Attention to Detail: High level of organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent mathematical capabilities and a data-driven mindset.Excellent Communication: Strong written and oral English skills are a must.Self-Starter: A proactive individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
