Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of scalable and resilient architectures that support high-traffic, large-scale applications and systems.

Technology Stack Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to build scalable solutions, considering factors such as performance, cost, and future scalability.

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the implementation and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and business development, to align technology initiatives with business goals. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability, implementing best practices and leveraging automation where possible.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for scalability, performance, and security for technology systems.

Compliance and Security: Ensure all technology solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

15+ years of experience in information technology and data management.

A minimum of 10 years leading product and engineering teams.

Experience in developing and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to mentor and develop team members.
