Product Designer Responsibilities:
1. Design digital user interfaces, create graphics, and design new experiences or layouts that evolve and/or define visual systems for web-based applications and technologies with a focus on aesthetics and design.
2. Take broad, conceptual ideas and create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for supported platforms.
3. Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to iterate and oversee user experience of a product from conception to launch.
4. Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
5. Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors.
6. Create designs that scale across a variety of apps/ecosystems and shape their design systems.
7. Collaborate with related teams in legal and policy to ensure compliance of solutions.

8. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
9. Position also requires completion of a university-level course, research, project, internship, or thesis in the following
10. 1. Building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features or products across a variety of platforms
11. 2. Interaction design, including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs
12. 3. Prototyping
13. 4. Visual design, including typography, desktop or mobile user interface, color, layout, and iconography
14. 5. Understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to internal and external users
15. 6. Creating user flow and mockups to articulate design concepts
16. 7. Defining product specifications and user experiences
17. 8. Understanding and interpreting user research and usability testing
18. 9. Conducting end to end design process across multiple projects including interaction and visual design artifacts and high-fidelity prototypes.
**Public Compensation:**
$213,054/year to $223,850/year + bonus + equity + benefits
