Job Description: We are looking for a Principal Product Manager with experience working with UX Team(s) to join our Zscaler product team and have a direct impact on our roadmap. In this role, you will own one product area and lead the design of solutions on Zscaler Digital Experience. You must possess a blend of business and technical skills, have a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality with extreme attention to detail. This role consists of both inbound Product Management responsibilities – working with internal cross functional teams to build and enhance products – as well as outbound responsibilities, interacting with customers, executing go-to-market strategy and supporting sales.

Responsibilities

Build product enhancements on Zscaler Digital Experience with a focus on endpoint and device monitoring.

Drive on time execution as the main KPI.

Engage customers to review use cases and discuss technical requirements related to endpoint experience monitoring.

Create PRD (Product requirements document) for Zscaler Digital Experience.

Work on product requirements using Agile methodology, user stories, and map to customer use cases.

Create, maintain, and prioritize a backlog of enhancements requests.

Draft wireframes, collaborate with the UX team on mockups and work with Engineering teams for the implementation.

Work closely with customers for adoption and deployment of the new features.

Own requirements to understand feature usage and drive adoption, measure against OKRs (Objectives and Key results).

Drive beta testing and incorporate feedback to ensure new enhancements/features are able to address target use cases.

Support Sales teams in product related matters and roadmap sessions.

Collaborate with other PMs and internal functions, cross product requirements.

Transfer knowledge to field teams, Product Specialists, Support, & System Engineers

Host webinars and internal sessions for new features.

Qualifications

5+ years experience working with growing products that required partnering across multiple teams in a related field.

Technical foundation in Operating systems, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, cromeOS, linux.

Experience working with agents for Windows and macOS.

Understanding the performance impact of resource utilization (CPU, memory, IO) for operating systems such as Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux.

Familiarity with tools and techniques to measure web application performance, end to end from a user device, Performance Metrics such as page load times, latency, and error code..

Understanding of networking components, load balancers and web proxy technology.

Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM.

Experience in monitoring technologies, Application Monitoring or endpoint monitoring and remediation technologies.

Understanding of Scripting for Automation (selenium, python, powershell or similar).

Experience working with products for data Visualization.

Understanding the security implications of monitoring, especially when dealing with PII sensitive data

Strong attention to detail.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners and executives.

Experience engaging technical teams (Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, technical account managers..) to discuss use cases, review feature/function requirements and define solutions.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology.
