Job Duties:
Check on the overnight cleaning services from Hopson. Report anything not completed.
Check the BAS system. If any issues cannot be resolved, let the PM know so they can call the vendor.
Remove all graffiti on walls, and equipment in playground, including fence. Paint if needed.
Remove all items from the windows, poles, street lights, curbs, flower beds etc. Paint if needed.
Check for graffiti on building and remove, including the fences and gates. Paint if needed.
Clean the parking garage, corners, cigarettes, ledges. Make sure all trash lids are clean.
Remove any trash/weeds from the grates (trees) on the sidewalks.
Check on all doors and closures. Adjust if necessary. Grease WD40 hinges etc.
Check all gauges on the pumps and equipment. Record the readings daily.
Check the boilers on the roof.
Check in all vendors that are onsite. Vendors provide their own labor
Keep all storage areas clean.
Place the system on test for fire drills, work being done. Silence the horns and strobes etc,.
Thorough clean of garage on Wednesdays including the rails, mirrors etc.
Grease the rails, chains and heck the drains.
Weekly test of the fire pump. Record all gauges. Keep the binder up to date.
Report any issue with cleaning company to the PM.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
MUST have a high school diploma or GED
MUST be licensed.
MUST have reliable transportation.
MUST comply with established polices and operating procedures.
Base Pay & Benefits
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
