You will be responsible for driving the successful execution of our company's programs and managing strategic alliances to support our overall business objectives. What You'll Do: Drive all aspects of program management, alliance development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Develop and implement comprehensive management strategies to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

Lead and mentor team of program managers, providing guidance on project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Establish and maintain effective communication, networking, and problem solving with cross functional teams, key partner representatives, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Work with project team to develop the integrated development plan.

Act as primary point of contact for partner organizations.

Develop and manage operational aspects of the alliance, including governance, committees, research plans, and budgets.

Monitor and assess partnership performance, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and contractual agreements while also implementing corrective measures as needed.

Regularly assess and report on the performance of programs and alliances to executive leadership.

What You'll Bring: PhD, MS, or BS/BA/MBA degree 10 years’ experience of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience with at least 5+ years in Program and/or Alliance Management within various R&D, Commercial, and/or Corporate functions.

Proficiency in alliance management, business development, or related roles.

Experience in program management of early-stage drug development programs.

Knowledge of early drug discovery processes through IND.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in risk management and strategic planning.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
