The Opportunity As a Retail Excellence Specialist for Carolina Herrera, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing the brand's retail strategy, ensuring impeccable execution, visibility, and brand image across all points of sales (POS). This dynamic role encompasses both permanent and temporary projects, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the brand's success in the highly competitive luxury beauty and fragrance market.
What you'll get to do Temporary Visibility
• Collaborate in the flawless execution of Retail Excellence initiatives for temporary spaces.
• Liaise with the Global team to ensure alignment with the brand's launch concept and guidelines, guaranteeing that executions meet Carolina Herrera's exacting standards.
• Develop, produce, and maintain detailed fixture specifications for Puig Brands.
• Prepare comprehensive Retail Excellence guidelines for visual elements, coordinating closely with the Marketing team.
• Provide support for local in-store initiatives and events, ensuring cohesive brand representation.
• Utilize SketchUp to create compelling 3D renderings for presentations and meetings.
Visuals
• Craft and disseminate Merchandising and Visual guidelines to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Manage the layout and production of in-store visuals, meticulously adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Field Team to identify and capitalize on new visual opportunities.
Permanent Visibility
• Oversee the production and placement of in-store signage and visual wall graphics, reinforcing retail messaging in line with brand guidelines.
• Conduct contractor training sessions during market visits, ensuring adherence to stand construction guidelines.
Administration & Reports
• Assume ownership of the stand budget and investment in POS materials, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
• Develop comprehensive distribution list documents to streamline communication processes.
• Generate detailed store check reports as needed, providing valuable insights for ongoing optimization.
• Conduct bi-annual Competitors Analysis, continuously monitoring key benchmarks and activities to inform strategic decision-making.
We'd love to meet you if you have • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• A deep passion for retail/luxury design, coupled with expertise in high-quality materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and sustainable design principles.
• Demonstrated creative prowess with at least 3 years of experience in a creative/design or related role.
• Agility and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Photoshop and AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
• A keen awareness of current visual merchandising trends and best practices, with a commitment to staying ahead of industry developments.
