We are now hiring for a full-time Enterprise Application Analyst to join our Headquarters Team!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Conduct analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into functional system requirements.
Collaborate with application developers, vendors and other subject matter experts to formulate functional requirements and specifications and deliver enhancements.
Communicate effectively with end users, evaluation managers, and domain experts in order to deliver reporting solutions.
Provide guidance around onboarding of new programs, as well as maintenance of existing programs within applications.
Provide second level support to end-users with questions and issues. Supports end users in resolving application problems on a timely basis.
Serve as team lead on small to medium size cross-functional projects. Lead workgroups and conducts meetings.
Evaluate, research and recommend technology solutions/processes to improve business decision-making, with a focus on the Agency’s systems, technology strategies and standards.
Create relevant documentation, including use cases, screen mockups and process flow documents.
Interface with stakeholders throughout the solution design and implementation. Engage users in user acceptance testing.
Conduct regression testing and troubleshooting. Recommend system/procedure enhancements to increase software effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field required .
Experience which includes translating business needs into business, functional and non-functional requirements required.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to identify and document solutions to business problems with accuracy.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with end users, vendors and application developers.
Ability to get up to speed on domain knowledge quickly and to understand the complexities and the limitations of the data.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills required.
Experience with CRM platforms and/or EHR platform preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: MFS staff are required to provide proof of vaccination or have an approved Medical exemption prior to starting employment. If an approved Medical is obtained, weekly testing may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle and operate objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel and crouch.
The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing and viewing a computer terminal.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
SALARY: Compensation is commensurate with years of related experience, position requirements, and candidate qualifications. The average salary for the position is $65,000
