Job Description Job Description Summary:
The Job Coordinator is responsible for dispatching Field Technicians to efficiently and proficiently execute all types of field service rig ups
and rig downs. This role reports to the Rig Dept Manager and the Frac Dept Manager.
Key Results Area #1 – Dispatch Management (for Midland and Pecos locations)
· Response time – measure and track response times from Field Tech contact-to-shop; and from shop-to-job location for each job
· Verify/scan out Inside Assets and Outside Assets and quantities required for job
· Confirm all assets in correct working order
· Review and document efficiency of dispatched Field Techs (time to complete job)
· Field Tech calls dispatch to report:
o Rig pictures received for each job
o Verify ticket is signed before Field Tech leaves location
· Strategically deploy Field Techs already in field for rig downs/pick ups
· Correct, completed tickets submitted for invoicing – 100%
Key Results Area #2 – Field Technician Management (for Midland and Pecos locations)
· Conduct a 10 minute meeting each day at 7am/7pm to communicate production goals for the day and individual assignments
· 1:1s with each assigned Field Technician per hitch
o Field Technician gives account for KRAs
o Job Coordinator provides feedback on Field Technician work performance
o Create top (2) action plans for improvement during current hitch, to be reviewed in next 1:1
· Evaluations
o Conduct Field Technician evaluations at 30, 60 and 90 days for new hires providing positive and delta feedback relevant to
opportunities to improve and advance
o Conduct ongoing evaluations of Field Technicians every 90 days providing positive and delta feedback relevant to opportunities
to improve and advance
· Pecos Rotation
o Hitch rotation will include a segment in Pecos each month
o Conduct (1) field audit while in Pecos
