Role: GIS Systems Administrator
Duration: 6 months Contract to Hire
Remote Capabilities (Y/N): Y- 2 days remote per week, rest days needs to be onsite
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- ArcGIS Software and Server Administration
- Experience with Database Servers - SQL preferred (Open to Oracle)
- Web Adapters - MUST HAVE experience creating and maintaining them
Goals • Develop and implement GIS architecture, and hardware and software infrastructure plans for GIS systems.
• Plan, monitor, and administer system usage and coordinate database interaction with other systems and applications.
• Advise and train system users on GIS methods and techniques.
• Work in a collaborative environment and coordinate with developers, designers, testers, and project managers regarding GIS needs and projects. Deliverables • An effectively operating GIS software architecture
