THE ROLE: LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Our Logistics and Warehouse Manager will be responsible for all shipments throughout the supply chain until they are received at our distribution warehouses, Network Optimization, and driving waste out of the Supply Chain. With rapid-scale growth and increasing complexity in our Supply chain, this individual will play a key role in maintaining best-in-class customer service levels within tight financial targets. This role reports directly to theLogistics + Customer Service Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, oversee, and execute logistics and warehouse strategy
Support in optimizing customer order fulfillment processes to improve OTIF and reduce customer deductions
Analyze and optimize warehouse capacity across supply chain locations
RFP new warehouse opportunities
Provide data analyses to identify issues and opportunities for process improvement &Cost Savings to improve GM
Partner with vendors, co-manufacturers, and suppliers to meet production schedules
Collaborate with internal eCom cross-functional partners to drive process improvements
Work with other departments to incorporate logistics into company procedures and operations
Collaborate and support on sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint
Update and evaluate financial and business KPIs for supply chain to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, reporting regularly to senior management on progress and problems that can affect costs or schedules
Strategize with internal business units and vendors to identify opportunities for continuous improvements to the current supply chain network
Identify risk and optimize opportunities across internal and external order management systems and a complex network of domestic and international vendors
Publishing, analyzing, optimizing and overseeing capacity, cost and delivery related KPIs
THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is someone that thrives in a quickly growing environment with great communication across functions. You aren’t fazed by every day (sometimes every hour!) presenting a different challenge and you have a wicked attention for detail that helps keep your team members and vendors accountable.
CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
5-7 years progressive experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management and Purchasing, preferably in a CPG company; must have an excellent grasp of upstream and downstream supply chain processes
Proactiveand persistent in addressing challenges and in development innovative processes and solutions
Experiencein Network Optimization (Moving into new 3PL’s)
ecommerceexperience in Supply Chain
Excellentproblem solving and critical thinking skills to strategically manage and drive positive financial results
Abilityto summarize data logically and communicate information as well as recommendations clearly to all levels of the organization
Greatinterpersonal skills; expert at Excel; ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and changing variables
Abilityto be a collaborative team member in a dynamic growth environment
Proficiencyin spreadsheet model building and troubleshooting
Experienceworking on customer order fulfilment is a plus
Workingexperience with MRP systems; experience with MRP implementation a plus

Round 1: Conversation with the Hiring Manager + 1-2 conversations with other Ollies on the team
Round 2: 2-3 conversations with team or cross functional Ollies

THE DETAILS
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid schedule. Relocation support will be provided for out-of-area candidates.
HOURS: full time, exempt (salaried)
MANAGER: Logistics + Customer Service Director
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The pay range for this position is $104,400 - $120,000 dependent on experience.
