We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with data center customers and manage their physical infrastructure needs. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing our enterprise client base. This role requires a deep understanding of the data center infrastructure and construction domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, strategic planning, and relationship building.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for each account.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the client organization and develop a deep understanding of their operation.
Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Manage and solve conflicts with clients, handling objections and negotiating contracts.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to understand and promote our company's product suite to clients.
Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing reports on account status.
Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the data center infrastructure or construction industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of data center physical infrastructure and construction is a plus.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
