The Mgr Ethics & Regulatory Compliance is responsible for regulatory compliance programming, initiatives, resources and reporting that support the functional and operational areas engaged in Williams' natural gas businesses. This role will also lead a team of regulatory compliance managers responsible for ensuring adherence to code of conduct and legal standards. Responsibilities/Expectations:
Oversees ethics and compliance initiatives, including training programs, communication resources, board reporting, hotline management, and policy review
Ensures organization's adherence to code of business conduct and legal standards
Manages a team of regulatory compliance manager(s) responsible for standalone FERC regulatory compliance programs for areas engaged in natural gas business initiatives
Develops team skill sets and provides mentoring and stretch opportunities for continued career development
Streamlines risk assessment, improves compliance, fosters IT collaboration for secure information sharing, and formulates guidance for emerging business and industry regulations
Facilitates merger & acquisition transitions by guiding teams on system applications and encourages stakeholder relationships

Education/Years of Experience: Required: Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years' of related experience supporting management of corporate ethics and compliance and/or programming
Preferred: Master's Degree and ten (10) years' of related experience supporting management of corporate ethics and compliance and/or programming
Other Requirements: Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence outside of formal span of control
Proven negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflict while upholding integrity and transparency
Preferred: Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification
Preferred: Solid understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Preferred: Knowledge of issues regarding anti-bribery, anti-corruption, compliance, and risk management
Preferred: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
