**Internal Operations - Dallas, TX - Full Time**
The Delivery Support team at Sendero works to enable the strong delivery across our management consulting organization that Sendero is known for. The Delivery Support Specialist will maintain existing resources and support the development of new knowledge capital. This role is a part of the Internal Operations team and is not client facing.
**WHAT YOULL DO**
* Support Practice Area build outs and governance in conjunction with Consulting Practice Area content development
* Maintain project toolkits and learning management system and refresh supporting materials
* Contribute to Delivery Support operations, including new process documentation and driving ongoing execution of current processes
* Communicate effectively with internal functions, practice area sponsors, working groups, subject matter experts, etc.
* Build and maintain internal operations and consulting relationships to ensure the function is continuously providing useful tools and support
* Provide coordination for special interest groups
* Conduct analysis for one-time projects including but not limited to the implementation of a contract management system, evaluation, selection, and implementation of an information management system, and new market development administration
* Administer knowledge capital resources
* Administer contract management (clients and external partnerships)
* Monitor Sendero trademarks and their usage
* Other duties as assigned
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
* Bachelors degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
* Participation over time in two or more extracurricular activities
* Leadership roles (academic, work, or extra-curricular)
* Work experience that may include full or part-time work (paid or volunteer), full-time work during summers, and/or volunteer work
* Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
* Strong business writing and verbal information-sharing abilities
* Basic presentation and meeting facilitation abilities
* Entrepreneurial spirit
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** will also have...
* B.A. degree in a business discipline
* Management consulting experience or exposure through academics
* Intermediate proficiency with MS office product suite
