As Director of Asset Sales , you will be responsible for leading the U.S. Country Asset Sales Team for the Office Equipment and Tech Solutions channels of our LifeTech Global Business Unit.

As a member of the LifeTech Asset Management leadership team, the Director of Asset Sales contributes to the formulation of business strategy and business plans and must derive and execute plans for their functional area in support of defined commercial goals in an effective and efficient manner. Development of policies, processes and tools, compliant with relevant regulation is critical to achieve an optimal balance between commercial goals and asset risks.

Day to Day Develop and implement Asset Management strategies in alignment with shareholder goals, which drives new business volume while appropriately managing asset risk.

Manage US asset sales for our OE and TS channels via three teams with a total staff of 25 members in various asset sales / operations positions as well as coordinate with other asset administration functions.

Develop a dynamic management team that is able to adapt to changing marketing conditions and business needs.

Provide leadership and coaching to the U.S. Asset Sales team.

Challenge established practices and identify process improvement opportunities, looking at the business with a fresh set of eyes.

Policy development and risk/asset management coordination.

New business development collaboration with Sales, Program Management, and New Business Development functions as well as other stakeholder colleagues.

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience and drive growth for the overall business.

Embed and provide oversight on Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement opportunities within the functional area.

Effectively communicate with Evaluation Specialists in the preparation of residual and liquidation value studies on programs/asset classes

Develop/establish current collateral values of equipment for transactions in default, settlements, early buyouts and trade-ups.

Prepare periodic review/evaluation of the lease portfolio.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.

5-10 years of relevant experience in the office equipment or technology solutions and/or financial industry.

Process improvement / operational excellence experience

Expert knowledge of asset management.

Hands on experience leading teams.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Applicable Pay Range

$128,082 - $192,123

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
