Facility Services Director

Overview

As our Facility Services Director at Holladay Park Plaza, you’ll lead our facility services team including our Maintenance, Renovation, Environmental Services, Transportation, and Technology divisions. Not only will you be responsible for keeping our campus operating smoothly, you’ll manage the operating and capital budgets, policy & procedure and emergency preparedness for our community.

What you’ll be doing:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop, implement and enforce policies & procedures in regards to all Facilities Services & Maintenance needs as well as oversee compliance with local, state, & federal agency fire life safety codes. In this role, the Facility Services Director will manage the Department Operating Budget and Capital Expense Budget, purchasing & inventory and directs quality assurance measures and procedures for the department. The ideal candidate will routinely engage and communicate with residents regarding campus updates and have excellent leadership skills will be essential for this role to enable success with staffing needs as well as coaching, training, and staff supervision.
