Job Summary :
The Product Test Engineer is responsible for supporting new product evaluation, qualification, and production manufacturing. Responsibilities :
Support new product evaluation setup and engineering evaluation / investigation projects.
Provide test hardware and program development backup support for new prototype evaluation, characterization, and production testing.
Monitor and review production yield for different production test sites.
Reviewing and managing lots and materials not regarded as Production Release Standard
Overseeing product / process transfer project implementation to ensure manufacturability.
Performing data analysis and publishing evaluation and investigation summary report
Developing, documenting, and implementing manufacturability and quality assurance process
Coordinating engineering teams to solve problems such as testing issues or low yield issues.
Managing vendors to ensure expected outcomes in terms of schedule and resolutions.
Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferably a minimum of 4 years working experience in new product development and manufacturing of analog semiconductor devices as a Product or Test Engineer
Proficient with analyzing electrical circuits and Analog / Digital IC testing.
Good understanding of working theory of semiconductor devices and reliability testing
Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills with the ability to proactively solve issues.
Strong background in statistical data analysis using statistical tools including Excel
Familiar with different lab instruments and preferably including ATE testers(s)
Some experience in designing test hardware and test fixtures
Basic programming skills in C/C++/VBA
Quick learner of new technical skills including new instruments and software
Effective verbal and written communication to interface at all levels within the organization
Team player with a strong sense of urgency to meet product requirements on schedule
Experience in working with international and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office™ products - Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point, Project

The starting salary range corresponding to the role is as follows:
$91,000.00 - $117,000.00
