The Event Specialist is responsible for increasing brand awareness and advocacy, providing product demonstrations and information to consumers, and helping turn demonstrations into sales at retail. Products are focused on phone, tablet and other mobile devices. The Event Specialist will work in a free-standing mall setup, alongside a team of product Brand Ambassadors. As the Event Specialist, you will become the technical expert on products and services, and assist consumers with troubleshooting devices, registering for programs / service, completing setup on new devices, providinggeneral training on how consumers can use their device, and more.
