Stoneleigh-Burnham School, an independent boarding and day school for girls in grades 7-12 in Greenfield, Massachusetts, seeks an Admissions and Marketing Coordinator.

Located near the Connecticut River in the Pioneer Valley, a short drive from the Five College Consortium (UMass Amherst, Smith, Mount Holyoke, Hampshire and Amherst College), Stoneleigh-Burnham attracts students from the local area and around the world. Responsibilities

Admissions:

Coordinate travel schedules for Admissions Counselors to maximize outreach opportunities.

Schedule visits to feeder schools and private school fairs, building relationships with secondary school counselors.

Coordinate on-campus visits for prospective families by collaborating with available student ambassadors, faculty, coaches, and the barn for campus visits.

Maintain campus visit schedule.

Organize open houses, revisit days, and other campus events as developed.

Assist with registration and commencement activities to ensure a smooth experience for all.

Maintain a database of sending schools and a log of contacts with secondary school counselors.

Manager Admissions Department email inbox

Serves as first point of contact for inquiries

Reports to the Director of External Affairs

Duties as assigned to support the office and the School

Social Media and Marketing:

Coordinate with stakeholders to assist in developing and implementing a social media strategy to engage prospective students across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).

Assist in creating compelling and informative social media content, including text content, visuals, and videos.

Dovetails efforts with Admissions and Marketing Interns

Assist in monitoring social media analytics and report on key metrics to measure campaign success.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across social media channels.

Utilize experience with Google Adwords, geofencing, and landing page design to attract target audiences. (preferred)

Participate in creating and maintaining a social media calendar to keep content fresh and engaging.

Conducts website maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (preferred)

Experience with Google Adwords, geofencing, and landing page design (a strong plus)

1-2 years of experience in admissions or social media marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with CRMs including HubSpot (preferred), Blackbaud, or SchoolAdmin

Experience with email marketing

InDesign, CapCutPro, PremierPro, FinalCut, etc. experience required.
