Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your 3+ years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects to contribute to our team.
Analyze project proposals to create accurate budget and cost estimates, ensuring our projects are financially viable and competitive.
Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids and quotes to secure the best prices and quality.
Manage Historical Cost Data: Maintain a comprehensive database of historical cost data to inform future projects and estimates.
Win new business and contribute to the growth of our North Texas division by developing strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications:
