In this entry-level role, you will assist in the development, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM applications, gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and technologies. If you are eager to learn, solve complex problems, and contribute to impactful projects, we want to hear from you!
As the Oracle HCM Technical Associate, you will:
+ Analyze and understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to determine technical requirements
+ Develop SQL queries to store, retrieve, analyze, and troubleshoot data in the database tables, using Oracle Database
+ Create technical specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models
+ Communicate effectively to translate the client’s business requirements into technical solutions
+ Build, test, and deploy interfaces, reports, and conversions
**Required Skills and Experience:**
+ Clearance Required: None
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field
+ Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
+ Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule
+ Ability to travel as needed
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 1-2 years of experience developing reports and interfaces using Oracle BI Reporting
+ Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL
+ Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred
+ Experience documenting business processes
+ Hands-on experience with developing SQL queries
+ Familiarity with web application development, databases, operating systems, and programming concepts/languages
+ Ability to think critically and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
+ Experience with WebServices (SOAP and REST)
+ Experience working in a public sector environment is desired
