Job Description

As the Global People Operations Sr. Intake and Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in the execution of projects that deliver productivity enhancements and create capacity for the Global People organization. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Global People Ops Portfolio Intake process, partnering with COE stakeholders, Product Management and Global People Ops leadership to assess and prepare new Intake requests for review and prioritization, as well as tracking approved projects to completion. In this role, you will also assist in identifying and designing enhancements to portfolio management processes and tools to improve the speed, efficiency and value delivered to the Global People organization.

What you get to do in this role

Intake Management

Partner with COE leads and stakeholders to define business cases for Intake requests, including success metrics, current state processes, SLAs and KPIs

Manage intake processes, routines, data administration, and dashboards and reporting within ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform to drive prioritization decisions and visibility into status and performance.

Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution among leaders and driving alignment to strategic priorities.

Document actions, facilitate follow-up discussions, and communicate decisions required to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment in order to move requests through the process efficiently.

Develop and utilize capacity utilization tracking tools and reports to assess GP Operations resource availability to align to new initiatives.

Work closely with the PMO and Product teams to understand Roadmaps and Global People impacts to the Intake pipeline.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience

Familiarity with portfolio management software and tools, preferably using ServiceNow SPM tools, including Demand tracking and dashboard visualization

Experience in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) a plus.

Experience with Global People processes and/or process improvement strongly preferred.

Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in resource management, capacity planning ad portfolio optimization preferred.

Strong problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with change management methodologies and tools preferred.
