We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Product team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

Be a Product Leader with demonstrated expertise in leading product areas with broad scope or strategic business importance.

Be a recognized expert, effective mentor, builder of teams, and cross-functional leader.

Routinely bring high-quality, new products to market either independently or by driving a cross-functional team.

Driving our Small and Medium Customers (SMC) ad solutions to the next level, including driving 0 to 1 product.

Leverage critical thinking, emerging trends and market analysis to set product strategy and define product roadmap for Snap’s Leads Ads product line.

Drive full-cycle product development with a team of cross-functional groups across Product, Growth, Data Science, Engineering, and Design.

Think critically about how to achieve product goals and increase advertiser value

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to lead and inspire cross functional product management teams

Ability to collaborate and drive alignment across organizations from C-Levels through to engineers, designers, other product teams, and cross-functional teams

Skilled in effective mentorship to direct or indirect reports and cross functional team members

Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion

Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant years of experience

10+ years of product management experience at a technology company

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Experience performing ad product-oriented quantitative analysis

Experience building lead generation and click to message ads solutions

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $244,000-$366,000 annually.

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $232,000-$348,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $208,000-$311,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
