**The Headlines** **:**

In the role of **Manufacturing Systems Engineer** working in the Fort Worth, TX brewery, you will be part of the **Brewery Systems team** . The person will work with the corporate security, application, and infrastructure teams as well as our IT service provider to maintain and update the IT infrastructure throughout the brewery and ensure high system availability.

This position reports to the Manager of Brewery Systems and works closely with Systems Engineers to support automation integration into MES plant floor SCADA architecture, will function as the technical lead for IT Infrastructure related to business solutions, supporting system changes and serve as a brewery project lead for enterprise-driven capital projects impacting their brewery.

**The Responsibilities:**

+ Ensures high availability of IT Infrastructure to support production requirements.

+ Facilitate the management and maintenance of AD, Azure, VDI, Office 365, VMWare, Cisco Networking and other IT related software and hardware in a high-speed production environment.

+ Ensures sustained integrity and stability of brewery IT Infrastructure in a 24x7 operating environment through strong governance and best practices.

+ Ensures equipment software and hardware are at appropriate and supported revision levels.

+ Responsible for IT infrastructure asset and change management

+ Provides specialized IT technical support and consulting services to all areas of the brewery including management, team members, and consultants working onsite and remotely.

+ Ensures all hardware, operating systems, software, and procedures align with MCBC and compliance standards.

+ Responsible for leading IT security hardening initiatives and vulnerability management

**The Other Qualifications:**

+ You have a bachelor’s in Business Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related field is preferred.

+ You have previous manufacturing experience (3-5 years)

+ You have knowledge of the Microsoft stack and patch management, VM Ware, Dell Wyse Management, Cohesity Backup Management, Cisco networking, Xerox Print Management, Qualys and Service Now.

+ You have experience in the following (preferred):

+ IT Service Management and Delivery experience or ITIL Foundation Certification

+ Project Management experience or PMP Certification

+ You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.

+ You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business.
