This person will l ead and manage a team of database administrators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team effectiveness and growth.
Responsibilities:
Monitor database performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Design, implement, and maintain database systems to meet organizational needs, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and data migration.
Provide leadership to team members
Required Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in database administration
Strong technical proficiency in database management systems Specificially Oracle.
