Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute visually appealing displays to showcase our footwearproducts, adhering to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
Regularly refresh and rotate merchandise to maintain visual interest and highlightnew arrivals, promotions, and featured products.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to ensure adequatestock levels and timely replenishment.
Utilize knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences to informmerchandising decisions and maximize sales opportunities.
Proactively approach and assist customers on the sales floor, providingpersonalized recommendations and guidance to fulfill their footwear needs.
Actively promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive incrementalsales and increase average transaction value.
Cultivate strong product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends anddevelopments to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and stylingtips to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times, resolving inquiries, addressingconcerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retailenvironment, including merchandising displays, product presentation, and storecleanliness.
Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team initiatives toenhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance.
Qualifications: Proven experience in retail merchandising, preferably within the footwear orfashion industry.
Strong visual merchandising skills with a keen eye for design, layout, andaesthetics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engagecustomers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsand KPIs.
Passion for footwear fashion and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers findthe perfect pair of shoes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus ondelivering high-quality service and achieving results.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodatethe needs of a retail schedule.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy boxes or merchandise as needed.
Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
