The Company is seeking a VP Regulatory Affairs for North America to join their Government Affairs team. The successful candidate will be a key member, responsible for the company's regulatory policy activities in the region. This role involves engaging with leaders and staff at various regulatory agencies, including but not limited to the Federal Communications Commission and the Department of Commerce, to influence policy and rulemaking. The VP Regulatory Affairs will also work closely with the DC Office and Government Relations team to develop advocacy activities directed at Congress and the Executive Branch.A primary focus of the position is to enhance the company's relationships with regulatory agencies, positioning the company as a thought leader in technology policy. A strong background in engaging with regulatory agencies and a deep understanding of the regulatory environment in North America are essential.
