**Description**

Principal duties:
* Responsible for all inventory transactions in MRP system
* Back up for MRO and shipping/receiving
* Tracking and ordering of all items listed as safety stock in storeroom
* Responsible for all cage returns for completed job
* Implement and execute an inventory replenishment system
* Ensure all receiving shipments are moving in and out of warehouse as scheduled
* Creating Purchase Orders to replenish needed parts
* Quote parts to Field Service personnel
* Cycle counting of all parts
* Completing the needed paperwork for RMAs
* Fulfill orders for MRO and field service
Requirements/Capabilities:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Proficient with ERP Systems
* Solid understanding of all inventory transactions and corresponding financial transactions
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently
Experience/Training:
* 1+ yrs. relevant experience
Education:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
