We are seeking Work from Home, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) positions. Requirements outlined below. Customer Service Representatives will assist our client's customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Our representatives provide excellent service to existing customers with a one call resolve mindset. We accomplish this by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. We offer paid training to experienced candidates who are willing to learn on the job, have excellent communication skills, and are highly reliable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability for call handling; issue identification; up-selling/cross-selling products; using of job tools and call resolution

• Accurately document customer account in client systems

• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

• Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures

• Customer service oriented with customers and team members (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)

• Attendance is an essential function of the job

• Consistently create an exceptional experience with each contact, via inbound and outbound calls, face-to-face interactions, online chat, email, etc.

• Interact with co-workers, staff of other affiliates, patients, members and visitors in a positive and professional manner and communicate effectively and respectfully.

Requirements

• Candidate must be residing in one of the following states: TX, OK, Atlanta GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, and NV

• At least 1 year solid experience in customer service in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate.

• Experience with Benefits and open enrollment preferred and medical insurance/open enrollment a plus.

• HS Diploma or GED/equivalent

• Flexibility in working schedule (shifts vary by client and require at least one weekend day)

• Computer literacy and typing skills of at least 25 WPM. Ability to use multiple software systems at one time.

• Cameras are required to be turned on during training and all meetings.

• Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes and procedures

• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Time management and organizational skills. Self-directed.

• Ability to make quality independent decisions. Analytical and strong problem solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes, and multiple interruptions.

• Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality.

• Able to develop effective coworker relationships and collaborate and work to meet team goals consistently.

• Criminal record check and drug test required (excludes THC; we do not test for THC)

Work from Home Requirements

• Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction free for the duration of working hours. Child care is a must as children are not permitted in the same working space as the employee.

• Landline Phone: Not required

• Internet: Wireless not permitted.

• Internet Speeds: Minimum 20MBPS download/ 10 MBPS upload

• Connection: Direct connection from modem to PC required

• Computer Specs:

o Laptop or Desktop (Apple [Mac] or Chromebook is not permitted)

o OS: Windows 10 or higher

o CPU: Minimum Dual-core 1.5 GHz or Intel I class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better

o RAM: 4 GB - 8GB required for users on Window 11

o Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space

o Ports on PC: Minimum of 1 USB and Ethernet Port

o Wired or wireless mouse

o Two monitors and a webcam

o Wired headset with noise cancelling feature. Must have USB capability .
