Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Assistant Clinical Director BCBA to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the continuity of high-quality clinical services during a transitional period. The Interim Assistant Clinical Director will support the Clinical Director in overseeing our clinical programs, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. There is a strong potential for this position to become permanent, with opportunities for further career growth into the Clinical Director position based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Clinical Director in managing and overseeing the clinical operations of our ABA programs.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs.
- Oversee your own smaller caseload
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to clients.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Participate in staff training and professional development initiatives.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of clinical staff.
- Support the Clinical Director in strategic planning and program development.
**Qualifications:**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing ABA services.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
