Inventory / Production Planner
Pride Health is hiring an Inventory / Production Planner for one of its Indianapolis, Indiana clients .
This is a 12-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits.
Length of Assignment: 12 months (with a possible extension)
Shift and Time: Mon Fri. 8 am 5 pm.
Location Indianapolis, IN 46214 (Remote)
Pay range - $15 - $19 per hour.
This is a Remote opportunity (The candidate must be in the EST time Zone) or If the candidate is local to Indy, they would expect the person to be onsite a few times a month.
Job Duties
Identifying misalignment of global standards for clinical trial kit products for proposed product use to ensure strict compliance with regulatory directives, including CE, FDA, Health Canada, NMPA, and Ministry of Health.
Drive global alignment by collaborating with cross-functional teams in Medical Affairs, Project Management, Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, and global sourcing divisions across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC to fulfill sponsor-driven business objectives.
Implement advanced methodologies to maintain accurate and comprehensive item information.
Utilize tools such as Demand Order Management, WebCSM, Salesforce, Peoplesoft FSA, Master Data Management, and Exacta to enhance data accuracy, streamline performance, and boost operational efficiencies.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required and 8+ years related experience required.
4-year college degree and 2 years preferred.
Work autonomously with minimal supervision and demonstrate exceptional self-reliance in managing tasks and achieving objectives independently.
Experience and comfort with remote work, utilizing various digital tools and platforms to stay productive and connected.
Highly motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
Manage critical communication across various levels of the organization and with global suppliers.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly verbal and written communications with global suppliers to assess production capacity and confirm order details, ensuring clarity and precision in all transactions.
This role demands an adept problem-solver capable of managing multiple concurrent new item requests, requiring critical thinking and sound judgment.
Key responsibilities include navigating diverse global regulatory landscapes and ensuring products meet compliance requirements.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient at engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels, from team members to executive leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals and timelines.
Effectively execute comprehensive product evaluations to ensure alignment with fit, form, and function criteria, confirming that products meet both design specifications and applications.
