Job Title: System Admin
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Position: Contract
Application validation and AMS with 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality and lab Applications in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals & life science industries.
Mandatory Skills Should be aware of Computer System Validation Concept.
Should have experience in reviewing validation deliverables like URS, Risk Assessment, Operational Qualification, Trace Matrix etc.
Should be able to drive and discuss with vendor and other stakeholders to provide validation deliverables like Functional Qualification, Design Qualification.
Write and Execute IQ test script.
Must have hands on experience with the Applications administration of any of the COTS or Custom solution used in the manufacturing IT landscape.
Knowledge of Database, application user management, authorization, data migration, decommissioning ?etc as required for application support.
Knowledge of COTS products or custom solutions used in manufacturing operations, Quality, Lab management or any other similar applications.
Must have experience working with COTS product vendors, multiple IT system, application support teams to co-ordinate and resolve the issues.
Must have experience working closely with multiple organizations & geographically diversified team with responsibility for meeting SLA.
Must have experience in delivering the services within stipulated SLA & Quality.
Provide regular updates to users, stakeholders on the issue status, reporting and escalation to required teams
Proficient in written & Verbal communication in English language.
Desirable Excellent communication / client facing / Problem solving skills
Industry domain background / understanding of Life science, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or batch manufacturing industries
Exposure working in Dynamic Offshore ? Onshore delivery Model
Experience working in multilingual, multi-cultural team in an onsite offshore model
ITIL Certification & experience in Service delivery management using ITIL framework
