+ Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 10+ years leading multiple complex software development projects

+ Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences
+ Strong technical knowledge of web based applications with the ability to guide and influence senior leaders
+ Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes
+ Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization-based development outcomes
How you will lead
+ Kickstart multi-org programs, aligning disparate leaders and programs on single program outcomes
+ Create program structures that empower multi-org and distributed teams to achieve successful outcomes
+ Manage program dependencies, reporting and Sr. Leader escalations and communications
+ Define multi-org product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes
+ Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams enabling product & operational excellence
+ Drive/challenge discussions with experts achieving optimal outcomes
+ Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit’s technical & business strategy
+ Bring outside-in learnings to the team
+ Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success
+ Develop a close working relationship with the stakeholders to ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority programs, and is helping deliver the most value to our customers
+ Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the portfolio progress, risks, and issues
