Area Sales Manager - Capital Aesthetic Lasers
My client is a global medical device company that manufactures innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology and plastic surgery. They are seeking to hire an Area Sales Manager responsible for promoting products / solutions growth within existing accounts and prospecting for new business. The Area Sales Manager will manage an entire sales cycle, will close larger deals and create sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a background of strong, successful and documented performances.
Responsibilities:
Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call
Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth
Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts
Keep well-informed of available products / solutions, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition
Attend training on new products/technologies and present product demos
Assist Territory Managers with closing deals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Min. 2-5+ years Medical Sales and/or Capital Sales experience
Preferred Sales experience in Medical Device, Surgical and/or Aesthetics/Lasers
Ability to prospect within a territory with high call activity
Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
Strong Communication & Presentation skills
Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to travel within territory
Offering:
Base Salary $75,000
Year 1 @ plan $350,000
Uncapped Commissions + Bonus
Expenses (Phone, Car, Travel)
