Job Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Record and track company expenses, including receipts and invoices
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of bank statements and other financial reports
Work closely with third party accountant to assist in preparation of tax documents and reports
Work with project administrator on invoicing, payroll requests, payment applications, and project information
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare financial statements, and assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, for leadership
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience, preferably in the construction industry
Strong understanding of financial principles, bookkeeping practices, and Quickbooks Desktop
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Suite)
Associates degree (Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred)
