Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Powder Springs, GA 30127

Duration: 3-4 months with potential to extend or convert

Position Type: Hourly contract (W2 only)

Job Details

  • Schedule/ Remote flexibility: Onsite 5 days a week
  • Work hours: 8:00-4:30
  • Hours per week: 40

Responsibilities

  • Dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls to technicians.
  • Management of incomplete work orders and coordinating technicians’ returns.
  • Updating customers with ETAs.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience.
  • Education and Experience Requirement: Microsoft Excel.

Compensation

  • Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr
  • Pay range provided by Sunrise Systems, Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
