**Job Summary**
The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for providing support, analysis, operations training and recommendations to ensure operational efficiency at the field level. This position concentrates on a wide range of analysis, research, compliance regulation, technology launches, policy and procedure, special projects and operational duties to effectively process high volume performance and serve as a business partner to the field and corporate offices.
**Job Functions**

* Analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity, and efficiencies within the stores including but not limited to operations field training and follow-up
* Develops/manages communication initiatives to provide effective communication and streamlines content within the field
* Coordinates and edits content and documents produced by corporate business partners.
* Collaborates with various key corporate business partners to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
* Acts as field advocate and conduit for all corporate initiatives impacting field operation
* Generates, distributes and keep current all policies and procedures, sales and dispensing plans by state.
* Provides a wide range of administrative services, including but not limited to competitive research, invoice processing, generating regular reports, content and documents.

**Basic Qualifications**
* Previous retail field experience preferred.
* Previous project management experience or equivalent preferred.
* College education preferred.

* Able to align and prioritize inter-departmental projects and action items
* Consistently delivers high-quality outputs with strong attention to detail.
* Works effectively under tight deadlines, respond to changing priorities and coordinate multiple assignments and meet deadlines
* Personal computer and technical skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint or equivalent and the Internet.
* Refined proficiency in writing, public speaking and presentation skills, and interpersonal business communication.
**Supervisory Responsibility**
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
**Working Conditions**
* This job operates in a professional office environment or at home work potential during state and city work orders.
* This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and mobile phones.
* This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

**Physical Requirements**
This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
**Travel Requirements**
This position requires up to 30% travel.
