**Your role at Clorox:**

Lead development of retailer-specific category growth stories and bring stories to life for DMM+ engagement in collaborative, strategic long-range planning sessions

**In this role, you will:**

+ Plan, prepare, and execute a best-in class collaborative customer experience leading with the storytelling of our category growth vision

+ Develop and maintain overarching customer-facing narratives (FMI, Recession talking points, etc)

+ Provide process governance including coaching Directors and above on meeting expectations, desired outcomes, production process and requirements

+ Proactively evaluate and manage agenda and meeting content to ensure that Clorox is represented positively, and the meeting reflects excellence

+ Coordinate internal cross-functional teams including BU, Customer team, Category Leadership and 3rd party agencies to streamline processes, manage expenses, and drive solutions within budget and timelines

**What we look for:**

+ Ability to engage senior business leaders, build credibility quickly, accommodate multiple priorities and develop compelling stories

+ Relevant retail solutions experience within the CPG industry

+ Strong planning and project management skills

+ Technical presentation skills with ability to adjust quickly under pressure.

+ Understanding of consumer/shopper behavior and market research strategies

+ Knowledge of CPG industry and retail trends with understanding of Clorox and retailer-specific strategies

**Workplace type:**

This opportunity is open to considering current employees that are remote or sitting out of a Hub office. Preference on candidates (external) being within a Clorox Hub office for 3 days in office.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $144,200 - $289,900

–Zone B: $132,200 - $265,700

–Zone C: $120,200 - $241,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
