Job Description:
As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting control systems for our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our control systems meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes
Program PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency
Ensure that all control systems meet safety and quality standards
Provide training and support to operators and maintenance staff
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in control systems technology
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in controls engineering in a manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI design
Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs
Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid passport for international travel
