At GoodVets, we seek to find professionals passionate about the customer experience. As a Client Service Representative, you will care for our clients’ pets as much as they do. As the first and last impression of GoodVets you will be friendly and warm to ensure our patients and clients feel supported throughout their visit at GoodVets.
The Impact You Will Have Every Day: Provide elevated customer service while being attentive to client & patient needs
Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional telephone and email communication
Manage multi-line phone system
Schedule appointments and procedures
Monitor client flow from check-in to discharge, and process payment transactions
Assist in cleaning the hospital, including but not limited to keeping reception desk area and lobby clean
Have the highest communication standards to relay appropriate information between clients and doctors and/or management
What We Look For: Must be available to work some weekend and evening hours
Previous veterinary experience is encouraged but not required
Computer skills: Windows-based computer systems, word processing, email, web search and other skills needed to effectively use the practice management software program
